It was fast and efficient. I appreciate having this type care available. Maybe have a way for existing patients of Tampa General Medical to bypass the payment process. I wasn’t sure if it was charged to my credit card, or my insurance on file. My insurance covers the entire appointment.
I was there for post covid symptoms. The staff was very friendly, professional, and caring. Holly Wilson has a great bedside manner. They explained everything in detail. I am feeling 90% better after a week. I would recommend that urgent care to anyone, and would definitely go back there if I ever needed treatment.
The receptionist was a little stiff. Other than that, I was in early and completed my paperwork. The remainder of the staff was warm and friendly. There was absolutely no waiting. I explained what my symptoms were, received prompt treatment and appropriate follow up indicating they had just called a Rx in for me to my pharmacy.

Made reservation evening before for a Saturday am appt. arrived a little early since I had paper work to fill out. Was seen right away! I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour! My provider was awesome, very thorough and explained everything. Best urgent care experience ever!

Everyone was great so glad to have fast track!! Especially on the weekends when we need medical treatment!! Everyone was fantastic!!
Very caring staff, the doctor was able to diagnose me within minutes. She explained the prescription she was going to write for me and how it was going to help. It all worked out very well. I highly recommend tgh Urgent Care!
