All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Everyone was professional and Polite in every way. The only thing I would complain about would be having to go on my own from the check in to the second floor 2C waiting room. I think it would’ve been a better experience to of had someone direct me personally to the elevator versus Having to do that on your own. Sounds silly but people are nervous and really don’t know what to expect.
The drive-up Covid-19 test for my pre-op appointment was fast and easy. Thank you for the sacrifices you are all making during these difficult times.
The service was excellent and the staff was courteous, professional and kind.
