All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Super friendly and professional.
Was able to take me in and test me even though they weren’t supposed to take any more ppl for the day
Upon arrival was great, friendly and professional. The PA was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The only problem I had was the wait time,for an hour or more no patients went in or out of the examine rooms. There was only 1 person ahead of me and I waited at least a hour and a half.

Caring, really showed concern of my needs
I had the PA. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation. Definitely would recommend going back if ever needed. The whole staff was very helpful with the Covid situation going on. Thank y’all so much. I know it’s hard answering the same questions but very well Appreciated.
Wait was not long. Everyone was friendly and Dr Williams is great.
Fast service and very friendly staff. Although during this pandemic the clinic was busy and full of patients with uncertainties, the staff handled it very well.
Although the wait was long your staff were professional and informative. My only concern is I am a VA patient and still had to pay for a prescription thru Walgreens. I have been told that if the prescription is not on a formulary I should have you tell me so I can get it thru the VA at Bay Pines I appreciate the staff knowledge and bed side manner. Your staff were great. Thank you
