the staff went out of their way to ensure i got the treatment I needed this week.

When I came for COVID testing I was very pleased with the process implemented. I made sure I arrived before opening to secure myself one of the 25 tests offered that day. I found it very convenient and smart to have us fill out the forms on the spot then have us come back later at a specified time. Staff was very nice, efficient, and safe.

Wanted COVID antibody test and the staff was professionally and pleasant. The physician explained the antibody test, what it could/could not indicate and even if positive, did not mean I was immune from COVID. The technician was adept at drawing blood, talking to put me at ease.
