Long wait- looks like first come, first serve, but then why let people make appointments? Intake person somewhat rude (rolling eyes and treating people like they are wasting her time). Triage person very friendly. NP (Jessica Elizabeth Villegas, FNP-C) was awesome- Friendly, knowledgeable, and caring.

I did an online appointment prior to getting to the urgent care. When I walked in at the time of my appointment they rapidly took me in. All the staff was very courteous and professional and Dr. Elizabeth is fantastic.

The wait time was acceptable. The tech who instructed me to put my open wound under faucet with pressure caused me great pain. I could hardly force myself to do it over a few seconds - the nurse was excellent. Treated me with kindness and was gentle cleansing my wounds and gave me clear instructions . The front staff was also welcoming and took care of my info quickly. .
