Jessica is absolutely amazing, the wait for very short and I was pleasantly surprised by that. I went to another urgent care and the wait was 4 hours but it was only a half hour here. Will recommend to a friend
The young lady that checked me in was very kind. The young lady who checked me out was very personable an professional. I saw Matthew Brice who I’ve never seen. Finally, someone who seemed to care. A++++

I was seen very quickly and the doctor seemed to listen
Longer wait time. Provider didn't check ears and now we think there is an ear infection. Wasn't thrilled with thoroughness of exam.
From the time I signed in at the front desk all the way to be seen by the doctor, it was a great experience and all the staff were great. The professionalism of the staff was at a high standard.
Everything went smoothly. Was in and out in 45 minutes.
Was seen before I could even finish filling out the forms.
Dani was great. Even though she had to give me less than wonderful news, she was kind and funny, yet still professional. Highly recommend!
