The receptionist was great. The time between checking in and being seen was about 30-40 min. Was in pain so it felt like a long time. AP was nice. Need to explain the diagnosis a little better. Overall good visit. In and out 1 and half hours.
Need improvements on the following: - Front desk Assistants need to be compassionate, friendly to incoming patients that are sick and vulnerable. - Improve on waiting time even for walk-ins. There were only three of us waiting to be seen, front staff, back physicians and nurses were there but yet we were waiting and waiting…
I was impressed by the care I was given, and the wait time.
I went in for a dot medical card and everybody was so friendly and I was in and out in no time.
Nice exam…clear prognosis/medication…pleasant thorough doctor…convenient location
