I can't even count how many times I have visited their facilities, in fact we joke about it everytime we go there. The staff is always friendly and courteous, always great service in my experience. And typically we are in and out within and hour after we arrive.

Fast and efficient at the front desk very personable young man check me in and was very informative the questions I was asking. And the nurse practitioner that took care of me was wonderful. First time I had gone my husband had been there and had a very good experience too!!!

2/6/20 — Urgent Care Wesley Chapel is a TOP NOTCH operation. Had a possible stroke scare with my spouse. Wow! This medical facility was ON TOP OF THINGS!! From the very friendly and courteous front desk Dylan, to the efficient and friendly MA (medical asst) Ryan, and the very thorough and compassionate PA (Physician Asst) Neil Collom, we were seen immediately to rule out stroke. In the last week I have been here twice, Monday wasn't nearly as busy or as long of a wait as I had on Thursday. Even though I waited a long time the P.A. took his time and made sure he answered all my questions and got me out of there as quickly as possible.
Service was excellent. The waiting room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. When taken back to attention, the nurse (?) provided immediate attention & solution to my medical need.
