I've been here before and my experience was always a positive one. TGH Urgent Care in Wesley Chapel is a professional, clean, sterile environment that makes you feel secure in the knowledge that your healthcare matters to them and will be handled in a reasonable and timely manner. During CO ID19 pandemic ... employees very friendly & helpful. Very clean office, very quickgetting to back to see PA. ....had to phone the office later to get a change on one of the prescriptions because my insurance didn’t cover and they were very quick to turn it around so I could pick it up the same day… And followed up with me with a message… Feeling much better now

Staff was great. Doctor came in quickly, assessed her well, and did not waste our time with nonsense we didn’t need. He was through yet efficient, friendly and personable with a common sense approach.

Every one was great!! From the time we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Jeremiah and Ryan were awesome. Took the time to listen to my concerns.
The front desk were nice, polite and helpful. The technician was kind and thorough. I loved how the nurse practitioner was careful and wore a mask and kept our contact down to a minimum. The nurse practitioner listened with compassion and was extremely helpful. I would recommend TGH Urgent to my family and friends.
