The front desk were nice, polite and helpful. The technician was kind and thorough. I loved how the nurse practitioner was careful and wore a mask and kept our contact down to a minimum. The nurse practitioner listened with compassion and was extremely helpful. I would recommend TGH Urgent to my family and friends.
I love that this location was open seeing how most places are closed due to the corona virus. Everyone was very nice and respectful.
