Dalton was great !!! He wasn’t originally scheduled on my house however he came to help out the guy who was a few houses down doing an install and said he’d run over and take care of mine since he was running behind. He explained everything well , answered the one or two questions I had and left his number to call if I should run into any problems . Very personable as well as professional, overall good experience 😊

I was extremely impressed by how quickly my electric service was restored. I lost power at about nine p.m. when the tornado hit on April 19th and OEC crews began working in my area that same night. Power was restored two days later despite heavy damage in my neighborhood. I was equally impressed and surprised by how quickly my fiber optic service was restored. ~Paul Tucker
The young lady that helped me was extremely polite, helpful and patient. She answered all my questions which I appreciated. I wish I could remember her name. She was great!
