As new residents coming from another state, it can be stressful taking care of all the things that need to be done. The transfer of power accounts at our new address was simply amazing. Customer Service was excellent and the whole process couldn’t have been better. Thank You!
Working with OEC to bring power into this new construction site was seamless. Their original 2-3 week time period was reduced to 3 days. Amazing service. I would highly recommend OEC to anyone that has a choice in who they use to provide their electricity.

The service was outstanding, and the installer was both professional and accommodating. Oh, and the download and upload speeds are truly 1 GB. OEC is clearly the winner on price and service. I called that value.

The electric hook up was a smooth transition. Fiber, not so much. Still waiting for it to be done. We move into this house on Thursday and still hasn’t been spliced. I called three weeks ago to get this done. It’s a little disappointing.
