The light is alot brighter
I did not have in-person contact with OEC personnel. My security light which was intermittently not turning on at night appears to have now been replaced, and it works properly and shined better than before. I am pleased with the quick response and result. My expectations were exceeded.
Response was a lot sooner than I expected to fix a yard light. The crew was friendly and explained what was being done. Office folks are always courteous and efficient. You set a good example for customer service. Thanks, Robert Grisham.
