The customer service representative’s were knowledgeable, helpful and nice.
Everything went extremely quickly—thank you! I do wish the process was better explained by customer service on the engineering side. I was told we were scheduled to have electricity on one date—not knowing there were multiple steps in the process and we wouldn’t have it completed on that date. Other than that, zero issues!
