The service was outstanding, and the installer was both professional and accommodating. Oh, and the download and upload speeds are truly 1 GB. OEC is clearly the winner on price and service. I called that value.

The electric hook up was a smooth transition. Fiber, not so much. Still waiting for it to be done. We move into this house on Thursday and still hasn’t been spliced. I called three weeks ago to get this done. It’s a little disappointing.

Dalton was great !!! He wasn’t originally scheduled on my house however he came to help out the guy who was a few houses down doing an install and said he’d run over and take care of mine since he was running behind. He explained everything well , answered the one or two questions I had and left his number to call if I should run into any problems . Very personable as well as professional, overall good experience 😊
