Awesome fast installation
Takes way too long to get installed, almost a 1.5 months!!!! It’s absurd. Then the exterior people put the box in the wrong spot so a temporary line is installed. The service people are wonderful but the processes have a lot to be desired. People can’t work without internet. If I had known it would take this long I would have gone somewhere else.
The technician showed up on time, and did a great job getting everything set up very quickly and smoothly.
Every person that we had contact with from the beginning of our process to install was great. They were knowledgeable, customer service oriented and kept us up to date throughout the setup of our new service.
OEC is light years ahead of the competition, literally in Mbps speed but also in customer service. You talk to real, local people who assist in navigating onboarding and installation. If there are issues (there are always issues with IT), it is handled professionally and courteously. What a breath of fresh air!!

The installation was a breeze the technician was very friendly and very helpful. He totally set everything up for me. He was polite and polite on time to what we discussed.. he is very knowledgeable about the fiber optic and it was exactly like he said !! My hats off to him for his professional and friendly service
The steps to get the Internet installed were really drawn out. But each Department did their job well and as fast as they could. We were fast tracked and it still took a long time. However, we are very thankful. We had grandchildren move into our home unexpectedly and they needed access to the Internet for school work.
