From the guys who came and checked our property to laying the cables and all the stuff that went on outside to the guy who did the inside installation, all very professional and kept us informed. The internet is lightning fast. However, the technician that did the on home install went the long way around the house. When he put the connection box inside it was to close to the floor to sit on a shelf or anywhere besides the floor. Had he came around the other side of the house it would have been a shorter run. Had I been home I would have insisted that he had installed it differently. Not happy where the router is sitting in the floor.
