Absolutely thrilled with OEC fiber! The entire process was easy and no hassle. From the guys who came and checked our property to laying the cables and all the stuff that went on outside to the guy who did the inside installation, all very professional and kept us informed. Great customer service and great internet connection
We have looked forward to getting hooked up to OEC Fiber. We finally got it! We LOVE it!
The internet is lightning fast. However, the technician that did the on home install went the long way around the house. When he put the connection box inside it was to close to the floor to sit on a shelf or anywhere besides the floor. Had he came around the other side of the house it would have been a shorter run. Had I been home I would have insisted that he had installed it differently. Not happy where the router is sitting in the floor.

Nice people that hooked it all up
The whole experience was great and virtually painless. The internet is so much faster and problem free. It has even enhanced our TV enjoyment. We have Directv and when you have the TV hooked up to the internet, you have the option of returning to the beginning of a show that has already started so you can see the entire show from the beginning. Great!!!
