Install and installers were great. However, the signal does not transmit to the far end of my house ( transmitter was placed at one end at my request). Now have to get a booster. My house is approx 1200 sq ft. Also told that if you come out to move transmitter there will be a charge. Considering just cancelling.
The crew showed up when expected and were friendly and explained everything. Great job and we are so happy with OEC Fiber!
Installation was fast, when then did final install oec said between 10 - 2, he called me a few minutes after 10, was here in about 15 minutes, total time here was less than 30 minutes to run and install everything and up running when he left

The tech called and actually came early which we liked ,only took about an hour to complete..We a very happy so far so good ,we have been up and running for 3 days.
The speed is wonderful!! The contractors that laid down the broadband sucked!!!!
