The whole experience was great and virtually painless. The internet is so much faster and problem free. It has even enhanced our TV enjoyment. We have Directv and when you have the TV hooked up to the internet, you have the option of returning to the beginning of a show that has already started so you can see the entire show from the beginning. Great!!!
I was very pleased with the installation. He came on time and was very courteous and cleaned up what little mess he made. I am very pleased with internet service.
Everyone that I spoke with us very friendly and helpful. The service tech was on time and very friendly.
Your employee Cody Anderson was very polite, friendly, & answered all our questions. So far it’s working great and everyone is able to watch there TVs simultaneously, which is a huge plus. It has had to buffer here & there but only for a second or to. So far we are very happy with our service.

Good experience overall only downfall would be the lack of more precise time needed for property access and proposed cable location to residence. In-home installer Kevin was very courteous and personable. Installed equipment in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.
