Each contractor that visited the house seemed knowledgeable an was personable.
The technicians were great except one group left my gate open and my dog got out. But the technician who put the box in my house was great. And the quality of the internet is great!

The intially start of install process with lack of communication was not the best. But once they stopped skipping my house everything went smooth. And we love the fiber.
