Techs were wonderful however still have issues with channels and freezing.... will monitor over the next few days and hope for improvement. If no improvement then service is no different than being with Pioneer

The entire process was easy and faster than what we were told.
So much better then windstream. Used to average 7.5mb with windstream now we are hitting 900mb down and up. The techs were great and very friendly.
