There seem to be a lot of communication problems between OEC and the subcontractors. I would receive an email from OEC that we were ready to schedule someone who would come and hook up inside the house. I would call and then, "oh wait, the aerial isn't completed," wait a few days, get another email, call to schedule, "Oh wait, the light reading hasn't been completed", that happened numerous times.
