Installer did a great job! Internet works great!
Both the outside and inside install efforts were done in a timely and professional manner. The inside install tech actually sealed the holes in our soffits left by the previous cable companies. Everything looks neat and tidy.
It was a great experience people that we’ve had to deal with was nice and considered they first told us it was going to be for six weeks they had everything done last in two weeks very impressed

Very quick and easy installation process! Installation technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything from start to finish very well and made sure we had computer connected to the internet before leaving. Very pleasant experience!
Everything went smooth and fast.
Derek and Deshawn did a great job installing our equipment. They were very professional and friendly and everything was up and running before they left except the phone. It was supposed to turned on at 8:30 AM the next morning, but wouldn't you know, it wasn't. Called and got it going by 2:00 PM. Still a few glitches with the TV, that I'm sure will be corrected in the future. All in all pretty happy with everything.
Said 4-6 weeks and it was only 10 days! Oec customer service is top of the line. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
