Both the line installers and the in house installer did an outstanding job.
Once we made the initial contact in Norman, the process proceeded more quickly than expected. Each phase was done done in a timely and efficient manner. Our only concern was that none of the contractors seemed to be aware of our dogs on site and that would have been a problem if we hadn’t been home. We let them know at when we applied and at each phase with no luck.
OEC rep/installer was very knowledgeable. Although he only had a short time (hour and a half) for his son’s graduation he made sure to answer all questions before he left. FIBER OPTICS IS AWESOME! Our television shows are so much clearer than ever. Customer service is the best we’ve ever had. Thank you!
