The entire experience was timely and the men were extremely professional and very informative. We are so glad we switched to OEC fiber.
Install was seamless, and tech was amazing. The only issue was getting the line ran and the contractors not communicating what needed to be done and when.
Installer was great. He did a great job of explaining everything and made sure everything was great. Relatively fast.
The overall process and very quick from start to finish. Sean our installer was very polite and informative to answer all my questions. He took enough time to explain all the installation options and steps. The fiber service is top notch just like everything OEC is involved with.
Overall, the installation went great. Everyone was courteous and thorough. My only complaint is that the remote will not sync with our other devices. We now have to use two remotes to change channels and control volume. Bummer
