Good experience. Oec lost paperwork so that delayed our installation. Contractor was really nice. One problem was the fiber optic line wasn’t installed where I was told it would be on the outside of the house.

I called to get on the list as soon as I saw our area opened up. Within a week, trenchers were here. They did a great job and were very professional. The next day, they hooked up the exterior box, and then a couple days later ( holiday weekend) a very nice young man named Dalton showed up to do the interior install. He walked us though everything, including the best options to place it and within an hour we were all set. We could not be happier with the set up. Once my area was opened it was quick to have the drop, the light test and connected. I have seen speeds of ~450mbps up and down. Not quite the 1gbps advertised but so much better than anything else available, we are ecstatic!
