Tech was very nice and knowledgeable.
The person you sent out was "Sam". Very kind, good worker and was excellent with our son, letting him help with small stuff and made him feel very important!! Everything was explained to us best experience we have ever had with any type of cable installer!
I love OEC. Our installer got things set up fast and our service has been working great ever since. We had one minor drop and before we knew it, someone from OEC called us to find out if everything was working. I also love the website for paying my bill. Best move we ever made.
It was done sooner than we expected . Each stage was completed quickly and efficiently. My download/upload speeds are 94.5Mbps/93.3 for which I am very pleased.
The crew that did the final installation was great, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The crew that ran the fiber to the house, not so much.
All of the technicians that helped get the fiber in the house and connected were extremely respectful and professional.
