Was great friendly knowledgeable and timely
The final install was great however no phone call or text message saying they were on their way, no badge stating their name or their picture. Their trucks said Trans Tell and I finally saw OEC fiber. But both guys were very nice and concise. Thank y’all for getting us hooked up!

Great service
All the installers were so kind and did an excellent job. Not a mess anywhere. The service is wow. After 12 years of terrible internet service I am just blown away. I can now be on my cellphone, tablet, watch Hulu, and 2 grandbrats on their electronic devices AND NO BUFFERING. YEA thank you OEC.
They got it installed pretty quickly. We are very impressed and happy with OEC fiber.
