I have lived in my current home for over 10 years. That entire time I have had a local DSL provider that has done zero upgrades on thier network or system. I have not had any other options for internet so I have been stuck paying nearly $100 a month for a 1.5 mbps internet connection. The contractor was great, but 7 hours to install, the phone was the biggest problem. Call for help with TV controller. I believe I educated your employee. He was under trained. Saying TV was new to OEC. Online, yes we wanted three services. I did that three times and heard nothing in reply. I final called, the representive who did it for me, again phone was a problem. The INTERNET SPEED is as promised. Phone works, TV a learning curb. Over all I'm happy but phone support needs training. I suggest a Utube video for reference... read more
Excellent job. Good service friendly and helpful. Great internet to have.
So far one of the connection is complete. As my order is for 2 at the same location. One in the house with a phone. One in the apartment inside my barn without a phone. That’s the one that they have completed without a problem. I am still waiting on the house.
