Very professional and courteous staff. Sure better than going to an actual hospital ER!

Every one was great. I was feeling horrible and nervous. Receptionist, nurse and doctor made me comfortable. I also felt like I was heard.

I came in for a DOT physical. The provider was great. The admin staff was a little sub-par. They were not aware of what your own website was telling me to bring and could not answer my questions. Notwithstanding that, I got what I came for and it was fine.

Front desk staff were very kind & efficient. Medical Assistant was also great! She listened! I wish I could remember her name. Suggest name tags! PA Mathew was impressive! Listened. Talked to me as if he cared! I appreciate his knowledge & his kindness. Acted like a real “human.” This was my 3rd visit to HFUC. Twice in July-August 2023. But, Mathew gave me hope & confidence in his expertise because he listened & cared. The older woman (NP or PA) I saw late summer was awful. Thank you.
My visit was perfect on December 15 just waiting on test results!
