It was so easy to book an appointment. I showed up. I did have to wait for an hour but it was a holiday weekend so one hour of wait was not too bad. The nurse was great at asking the right questions. The healthcare provider was also great at asking the right questions and providing a quick possible diagnosis. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy in a timely manner.

I love being able to make an appointment on line so I can wait at home for an appointment, not for hours like at other places. The doctor was very thorough and friendly. She had my situation figured out in no time and I was on my way.

I scheduled an appointment because people have discovered Health First and the Pasco location is now very busy. Before I could just walk in, but that’s okay, I’m glad others have discovered this clinic. The appointment is easy to schedule and they get you right in. Plus they have an app and you can check your lab results. Very convenient! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have great patient bedside manner.
