The provider was great We made an appointment and weren’t seen by the provider until an hour later. They saw people before me with later appointments…I think they were not organized or shouldn’t take appointments.
I was referred to your Urgent Care Center by my VA provider in th Richland VA Clinic and then you referred me to Inland Imaging for further diagnosis of one of my two issues. The entire staff at the Urgent Care Center in Richland were very courteous and respectful and exemplified everything they did in a professional manner. The VA also enjoys the professional and knowledgable staff they interact with.
