The medical care from the physician once she examined me was great. However, the wait with no one but me in the waiting room for almost an hour was not. Once I was ushered to an exam room, a nurse took my vitals asked a few questions then left. I was left for another 30 minutes while listening to a lot of loud talking and laughing outside the exam room. Finally at 10:30 I opened the exam room door and saw people just standing around. After going to Lourdes urgent care down the road and told we can not see you because you are a walk in I was not a happy camper their reason was they only had one provider and I needed to make an appt go home then come back at the appt time not happy went to your facility totally different visit booked in assessed and seen quickly very impressed with the whole visit
Everyone bus always pleasant and the staff and Dr was very helpful and empathetic to my issues.
She was very helpful! And she Knew what was needed; very thorough!!! WELL DONE!!

We were brought back to the exam room quickly. However, the provider that assessed my daughter was unsure of what type of lesions she had on her hand, and rushed to get out of our room. Our exam was over. Will probably not go to this urgent care again.
Not a long wait. Every one was caring and professional. Great follow up which was important to us
