Great experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out less than thirty minutes later. The front desk was pleasant and understanding of my situation and did everything she could to help. I will definitely recommend to others or return if I need to in the future.
I love being able to make an appointment on line. I was able to make an appointment about 25 minutes from the time I went on line. The paperwork was quick and concise. The staff was very professional. The doctor was in to see me very quickly and he was also very professional. I was diagnosed and on my way to the pharmacy very quickly. I will definitely go back again when needed.
Everyone who I had contact with super nice and friendly. I felt like my concerns were heard and addressed by the provider. My issue is how long I was there. I had an 11am appointment and didn’t leave until almost 12:30. So what’s the point of having appointments if it still takes 45 minutes to see the provider?

In the walk-in clinic, I was not able to get an appointment the day I fractured my wrist. I had to call in for a next day appointment. I was happy with the attending PA during the visit. To follow up, I was referred to see an Orthopedic doctor at Kadlec. But I was not able to schedule an appointment as they didn't have the referral. Kadlec Scheduling department eventually called me back after 10 days. It took too much time for the transfer of information.
