I called, was told it wasn’t too busy, come in. I had explained my need of a cyst excision and they thought they could take care of it. The receptionist, PA, helpers, we’re all fantastic. They are about to do it and everything was fantastic.

Dr did what he could for me, injection and pills for my back pain. Asked a lot of questions to see what was ailing me.

I was seen in the Pasco Road 68 location and was seen by one of the NP. I felt very welcomed and the staff was so nice! I just moved to the area and if I need urgent care again I would 100% visit them again!

The nurses are very helpful
Excellent staff, friendly and knowledgeable, I didn’t wait for hours; was in and out in 45 minutes. They get 10 out of 10 stars. Even though they were prompt I did not feel like I was unimportant or just another rush through patient.
