As a patient...am always given the time and the expertise to resolve any issues I bring to the table.
Not sure yet have not had my appointment.
I waited an hour or so to have blood drawn on Jan. 24. The phlebotomist said no one told her anyone was waiting when I finally got in to see her. This was not the first time I have waited for a while to have blood drawn. Other than that, I am normally very happy with my medical appointment visits at Fiel Family Med.
Well...I saw Clair....most of the time I see Dr. Fiel but he wasn't available at the time and I needed an ear wash to finish an inner ear test. The nurse did a great job. Thanks. 😊
