I was seen in a timely manner and was very pleased with the professional care I received.
The staff did a great but the directions to the urgent care sent to me have the wrong address!
Efficient process, safety protocols, good follow ip
It was busy since it was a covid testing site for the day, but with the amount of people, I felt that I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. Although I wanted to be tested, I was hoping for a check up too. I thought while I was waiting to be called that I would only be tested, but I did get checked out and everyone was very nice. I opted for the fast results, they said they’d call in 15 minutes with my results. They called at 15 minutes (negative!) and I felt like I had a thorough check. I’d definitely come back here.
