Fantastic patient experience. Entire staff and Dr Politz answered all my questions and they updated my husband in the waiting room during my surgery. TGH is a world class operation with a world class staff.
Billing staff is excellent. Front desk as well. Just not sure why it took almost 2 hours for a COVID test to be administered when we had scheduled appointments.
I found the reception personnel indifferent, however the nurse and NP were pleasant and efficient. Wait time was reasonable and the clinic was very clean and instructions were clear.
All my tests and exams were on time and professionally handled by attentive and courteous staff.
