I work in the medical field, and I know how it feels to be on both sides of the clipboard. This location, blew my mind. The staff were professional, Compassionate and Caring. I was quite surprised by how well the staff worked together to get me the urgent care I needed in a timely manner. I left the building feeling as I was treated not only properly to my injury, but commonly felt cared for. That is PRICELESS! I won't go to any other urgent care, and I live 3 counties away. Thank you so much!
The only bad experience was that the wait time was over 2 hours, long time to wait in car in 90 degree heat, would have been nice if I was told that I could go home and receive a call 15 minutes before so I could have waited at home in the air conditioning. Doctor who saw me was great at her job, kept me informed of the procedure and was concerned about the pain. She was able to resolve the problem within 15 minutes
I was there for a pre-op Covid test. They actually took me a couple minutes ahead of my appointment. Everything was organized and friendly. The technician was well trained.
Nursing staff was patient, friendly, very informative and understanding. The transport person seemed rushed. Cafe should have bold signage up stating food only for staff. Valets need to explain pick up procedures or perhaps have better signage as the drive way is very busy.
It was excellent from the moment I arrived until I was discharged. Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Pachamina did such excellent work that to this moment I have had zero pain from the surgery. You have excellent facilities and a great medical team. Very positive experience! Will highly recommend you.
