I was there for a pre-op Covid test. They actually took me a couple minutes ahead of my appointment. Everything was organized and friendly. The technician was well trained.
Nursing staff was patient, friendly, very informative and understanding. The transport person seemed rushed. Cafe should have bold signage up stating food only for staff. Valets need to explain pick up procedures or perhaps have better signage as the drive way is very busy.
It was excellent from the moment I arrived until I was discharged. Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Pachamina did such excellent work that to this moment I have had zero pain from the surgery. You have excellent facilities and a great medical team. Very positive experience! Will highly recommend you.

The whole staff, from reception, prep, recovery!!! Excellent! Felt so cared for!!
Process was efficient and everyone was very nice ! However, I came for a rapid response COVID and they wouldn’t give me one ! Now many people are waiting days for the lab results! No one is happy !
They were swamped up there the day I went but every employee up there was very pleasant and competent. The nurse and dr were very helpful and informable.
