Once I finally checked in it went well. The nurse and PA were very good and efficient and the diagnosis and prescription were on target. However, the check-in person had me refill the five pages of personal because they said was outdated (2016). I knew that wasn't true because I was just there last last year and checked my information. So I fill out out the forms. Dr. Great. Staff professional. Clinic clean with good COVID protocols.
No wait time, friendly helpful staff. Was able to get prescription in office same day.
I was very pleased with the service and the as well as the treatment. Only issue was the wait, but due to the COVID problem I do try to understand.
Katie was very reassuring. The office staff was cordial and professional. They are some of the best in the medical field i have ever dealt with.
Professional assessment, correct diagnosis and excellent treatment choices. Speaking from mom-nurse stand point. PA was very considered of my concerns and spent her time with focused assessment.
Check-in procedures at Fast Track were flawless. Dr. Collins was professional and thorough during initial examination. She recommended multiple tests and then explained the test results in an easy-to-understand way. I particularly appreciated that Dr. Collins was available to answer all questions asked.
