I had to have a COVID test prior to a procedure. Having it set up as a drive through was great. The RN who did my test was delightfully pleasant, efficient and professional. She had an added trick for me to do which made this COVID test the easiest and least painful I’ve ever had. I have to have another one before my surgery and I’m already at ease about that.

My experience was great! I was seem very quickly and Dr. Vargas was excellent and very nice!
Staff was wonderful and welcoming and clear with instructions both during and post visit. We were in and out quickly and had a diagnosis and medicine in hand within 15 minutes of leaving.
TGH urgent care was efficient and well organized, and handled my issues efficiently.
Everyone was very nice and professional. They were very helpful and explained everything.
Outpatient procedure was smooth and easy. Nurses were so gracious and pleasant. Such a great and calming experience.
