Excellent, 100% better than my stay at Brandon
I was seen quickly by all members of TGH, ARNP Michelle was thorough and interested in what I had to say. I could tell they wanted to ensure that my visit was easy for me, including calling in the script to my pharmacy. It was also nice seeing a rainbow in a back office.
I was in a lot pain and has gone to other locations that wasn’t able to except me for whatever reason I begin to feel ambivalent about this urgent care but then when I reach this location I was excepted in and everyone seem to be happy I mean seem to be to care for me and I speaks volumes when they love their job and then the care the personal care that I received it was professional it was direct they answered all my questions and I receive the help that I needed prescriptions that I needed for the gout the pain I’m gratefu... read more
I went to you for a covid test needed for a surgical procedure. I loved that the testing was set up outside via drive through. The lady that administered my test was a lovely person. She was friendly and explained what the test involved. She also showed me what to do to relax my nasal passages after the test was administered . A very good experience overall. Thank you.
It was quick and staff nice and friendly
Great. Very caring & sympathetic. Called it right—sent me to ER w/chest X-Ray & said to check for blood clots w/CT! Sure enough, they were there in the lungs! High praise for the Dr. steering us in the right direction. 👍💖🙏
Loved the staff, they were all really nice and comforting. I’m in nursing school so they definitely made me feel more comfortable becoming a nurse based on the environment.
I received quick service ,quick test results and information the staff and doctor were very helpful
