Staff was really friendly. I like it when I can crack a joke or two and they laugh with me. Paperwork took forever I wish there was another option for that. A iPad or something to fill out.
Welcoming and friend staff
Very good experience. The lone exception was discharge day: Clear disconnect between what I was told early on, the morning of 9/27 (about being discharged) and then what really transpired….9hr wait Staff was great, however, with big call outs to Justina, Sarah and Ivey, and their collective care of me and bedside manner!
Daniella at the Brandon location was kind, communicative, and showed genuine care for me.
Shout to the doctors and the RN, for making my first time smoothly and to Judith and Vanessa and Dayalis. and another RN i couldn't make out her name.
