Appointment line was short. Staff was kind and gently administered the test swab. Overall experience was excellent.

Wonderful experience. I came in pretty embarrassed about my problem/injury and the girls were absolutely wonderful behind the counter. Luckily it wasn't a packed house. Paperwork took about 8 minutes then I was called back right away. Vitals as normal, then a female nurse came and fixed my problem so fast I was shocked. Hands down best little emergency I ever had to deal with because of the staff here. Not a single hiccup. Not even a minor problem with my insurance. Great doctors and staff. My only complaint was I wanted to stay longer due to pain. Hysterectomy was scheduled for same day release, I think I should have spent 2 days and gotten better pain meds. Instead I was kicked out surgery afternoon with oxy and ibprofrian to go. This may be an insurance thing, I'm not sure. It was a rough 2 days at home. I'm ok now. Everything else was great. If there was a true emergency I would understand why I had to sit and wait an hour. There was none but even though I had an appointment I still had to wait and hour before even going into the back. The people in the back was very nice.
