I was the last patient on a Sunday night and they took care and time with me I felt I was listened to and assisted thoughtfully. COVID precautions all were in place and observed so I felt safe.
Had a later appointment but was able to get in earlier.. COVID testers were professional and kind.
Very professional staff, quick service, and east paperwork.

I specifically chose TGH Urgent Care because I'm a Tampa General Medical Group (TGMG) and Tampa General patient and all my records are in the TGH system 'MyChart'. I wanted to make sure my primary care dr had knowledge of and access to the notes from this visit and that I could access them in the patient portal, etc. Turns out that the Urgent Care doesn't have access to the MyChart records!
