I waited quite a while in the waiting area, over an hour, then didn't really feel like I had a good assessment of what was really going on with me by the nurse practitioner. Didn't take my temperature, said it was probably a virus ???

The majority of the Medical staff was Wonderful! Just a few hiccups. In pre-op, one of the nurses led me back to a room from the bathroom, which wasn't mine, but another patient's. She insisted it was my room until I asked her for my purse. Turned out the adjoining room was mine. Even though I was assured that there's be no mishaps with surgery, based on the scanning of our wrist bands, I still found it disturbing.
