I had an overnight stay for ear surgery. As always, TGH staff excelled in professional courteous service. I stayed in H235. Nurses Jackie, Kristen, Tia, Joshua and all of the others whose names escape me, were gracious, helpful and truly caring. The OR staff was great as well. My Anesthesiologist took time to hear my concerns and past experiences. She was thorough and communicative. Even the sorely understaffed transport team members were all pleasant and polite. From person out front who was directing folk to the entrance through to the staff in the departure area the staff was excellent and sought to answer questions, resolve all issues they were not rushed, but were calm and efficient.
