Everyone was helpful
My visit was for a COVID test for final clearance for an endoscopic procedure. I have had this test performed before at an ER and it was a horrible experience. However the young man who performed it this time was very gentle and kept my mind occupied to relax my nervousness.
Doctors and nurses we excellent especially Dr. Wiegand.

I had an overnight stay for ear surgery. As always, TGH staff excelled in professional courteous service. I stayed in H235. Nurses Jackie, Kristen, Tia, Joshua and all of the others whose names escape me, were gracious, helpful and truly caring. The OR staff was great as well. My Anesthesiologist took time to hear my concerns and past experiences. She was thorough and communicative. Even the sorely understaffed transport team members were all pleasant and polite.
