Fast professional service. Just wish the Tampa location had X-ray services available
I felt listened to and cared for in a way I hadn't earlier in the week at another Urgent Care. Would recommend this facility to others and would use in the future as needed.

Came in for a Covid test. Front office lady was excellent as was the nurse. Test came back as advertised in terms of timing. Overall, an excellent experience.
Came in for cat bite. Staff from registration to the clinical very patient, caring and polite!
Professional and well taking care of
Waited over three hours to be taken back! Was told at check-in that our doctor was not behind. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour we went out to our car in the parking lot and saw our doctor coming into the building for the first time. Need to be more proactive about letting patients know when their actual time may be. Once taken back everything moved smoothly and fairly quickly. Was somewhat concerned that my anesthesiologist was not in the OR when I was administered the anesthesia.
Very quick registration. TGH had my medical information in the system already. Doctors and nurses and staff were all helpful and friendly.
