Waited over three hours to be taken back! Was told at check-in that our doctor was not behind. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour we went out to our car in the parking lot and saw our doctor coming into the building for the first time. Need to be more proactive about letting patients know when their actual time may be. Once taken back everything moved smoothly and fairly quickly. Was somewhat concerned that my anesthesiologist was not in the OR when I was administered the anesthesia.
Very quick registration. TGH had my medical information in the system already. Doctors and nurses and staff were all helpful and friendly.
Everything went as well as could be expected. They even addressed an issue I didn't realize I had. Nothing serious, and was treatable right there in the office. This was my second visit there, and should I need urgent care in the future, they're my go to!
Exceptional care.Dr Thomas McCaffrey is a excellent surgeon that has helped me with my Subglottic Stenosis with my vocal cords. The nurses are so caring.The pre an post surgery nurses are so caring an very helpful. I have been at Tampa General for 3 surgeries an all three times I was very impressed with the staff at the hospital.Great patient care.
Simple and quick once there. Fantastic caring and interested staff, esp my NP and the tech. I did find it a bit cumbersome to fill out the information for the reservation. Writing was too faint to read in the boxes where you fill in ins etc. And it timed out continually. Called many times, waited on hold for over 30 mins 3 times. Clean office with great medical staff.. would have like the receptionists to be more friendly. They were not rude, just indifferent. But I’ll def go back.
