Excellent wait time Excellent physician
I had been experiencing low level nausea, difficulty eating and weight loss. Had a trip that evening and woke up more nauseated with vomiting. Had a GI MD consult for 2 weeks later but wanted some relief from the nausea until I could see the specialist . HGB count was normal so no bleeding. Could do any other relevant testing there. PA would not prescribe any nausea medicine for my comfort to get me through my trip and until I could get into the specialist. Very disappointed. The service after registration was ok but the registration process was horrible. Every question I asked the receptionist couldn’t answer that was discouraging. If you work in the front desk i’m guessing they should know basic information
Very pleasant and took me in quick I had waited before hand at another TGH fast care N orth of you. I waited almost two hours! Wearing my mask only one in the place choking coughing one girl went to lunch 15 people came in and drug test guy way after me no appt took him right away my appt was 2:00 pm I left to go to your nice place at 3:30 height of flu season and four people working including the Dr and the receptionist up from was fresh with us all !!!! Quick courteous and professional
The wait was not as long as I expected. It was very busy but they worked really quickly. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She was very professional when a patient was being very rude to her. My experience was great!
Got in to see provider on time. Service was thorough, didn’t seem rushed or in a hurry to get me out the door.
The PA and the nursing staff were very compassion towards my little girl and made her feel safe during her Dr appointment. Great job!!! They also listened to my concerns as well and addressed them accurately and completely.
