I found all the staff to be professional. The service was prompt. I did not like that I had to sit on the bed and there was no paper protector on it.

Wait was long. Getting results was frustrating. Nurse and COVID tester were great.
Customer service was great from front desk personnel. The wait time was good and the doctors care was excellent. She listened to what I had to say before she started her examination. I loved that. Great team.

I had been experiencing low level nausea, difficulty eating and weight loss. Had a trip that evening and woke up more nauseated with vomiting. Had a GI MD consult for 2 weeks later but wanted some relief from the nausea until I could see the specialist . HGB count was normal so no bleeding. Could do any other relevant testing there. PA would not prescribe any nausea medicine for my comfort to get me through my trip and until I could get into the specialist. Very disappointed.
