Provider listened to my problem, took time to examine me, explained her thoughts very patiently.
Didn’t exactly like it, not fond of getting a chop stick with menthol and hot sauce stuffed up my nose, but the lady who performed this task was pleasant and did her job. 10 seconds and I was gone. Give her a raise!
