Unfortunately, with all that is going on with Covid-19 There was an over 2 hour wait. The staff and the Dr were extremely pleasant and professional. Dr Vargas was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to me.
Friendly staff. Well I know we’re currently in a pandemic while waiting to be treated there were multiple patients from the Sun City location that had appointments for Covid testing and when they went to test it was closed with no call. With the severity of what’s going on I think that TGH overall in the urgent care should make it a priority to let those people know that they would not be available and provide another option for them. Everyone was great.
I went there knowing I’d been exposed to COVID. I’m 71 and had been mildly I’ll. The doctor was thorough checking me out and asking a series of questions. I was givens COVID test that came back negative. I couldn’t wait to tell my neighbors. I thank the clinic for doing their very best for me.
Receptoon area was clean and in order,I was greeted by friendly staff, wait wasn't bad but I came in early so no one else was waiting. Grace a nurse assistant was very friendly and took my vitals Hanna the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and I loved her bedside manner, she explained everything and prescribed a great plan of action to tackle mu symptoms with. Quick service and quick results!
Didn’t have an appointment since everyone seemed to be there for Covid. Was told approximately an hour wait. Contacted in 45 minutes. When people are sick it’s important that they can get in and see a Doctor
The dr was really understanding and helpful.
