Helpful, friendly, compassionate staff. Not sure about names. Young lady who took me back and took my vitals was great. PA was good too. (Young woman)

Good doc and assistant. Compassionate
The unit’s x-ray machine was broken, but I was not told about this until the PA examined me and said I probably needed an X-ray. Also, my Blue Cross was not accepted at TGH, but was accepted yesterday at Florida Ortho Institute. So my experience at TGH was not so good.
I had a hand laceration that required seven sutures between my thumb and index finger. Dr. Williams did a great job and followed up 2 days later to make sure I was doing okay.
I was very happy with the service provided, I had an appointment and I was seen right on time. The personnel were very professional.
